Many people choose to wait out winter before they proceed to clean their doors and windows. Some believe that if they start cleaning their doors now while the days are damp and cold, the terrible weather will soon leaving them looking dirty and grimy anyway, so is it better to wait?
Well, this depends on how dirty your doors and windows are, but as a rule of thumb we say you should never refrain from giving your windows and doors a wipe, but of course more detailed cleans are going to be better, and more long lasting during the spring and summer months, so it could be good to wait for the warmer weather to arrive. If you have guests coming over at Christmas and you want the outside to look tidy, then using a cloth soaked in vinegar will be sufficient enough to add a bit of a shine to your windows and door whilst removing dirt, but do wait until March until you do a deep or thorough clean.
